What Protective Screen Case Do I Need?
There are a handful of factors when considering your next screen case investment; affordability, reliability, useability and size.
Design Quintessence offers a wide range of screen cases to protect monitors, TV’s and commercial LED screens. Each case style is designed to suit specific application scenarios and our local Design and Manufacturing Team makes sure each customised case is specified and built to order.

Screen Cases with Motorised Electric Lift
Some desirable features for a screen case in a conference venue, training centre or corporate event space are speed and ease of set-up.
Our range of cases with motorised electric lifts can help save you a lot of time. All you need to do is roll the case into position, remove the case lid(s), plug-in the power and at the press of a button you can simply raise the screen to your desired height of up to 1500mmH.
These useful features will help you save on labour and time costs to ensure the delivery of a successful event.
In a lot of smaller events and venues (e.g., corporate events) setting up the venue needs to be quick and easy. Meanwhile, the screens need protection while in transit or storage. To save you the time and hassle of taking the screens out of their storage boxes, connecting their brackets and mounting them on a wall or a stand, Design Quintessence is offering a range of protective screen cases with a motorised lift included in the case. The screen can remain attached to the lift while being stored or transported, and once on site, it is only a matter of plugging it in and pressing a button to lift the screen out of the case. The screen can be lifted up-to about 1.5m out of the ground in a matter of seconds.
We custom fit each case with specialised high-density EVA foam to suit the exact dimensions of the screen, include necessary cut-outs and storage for all the accessories, cables and controls and wire up the lift so the case is “ready for battle right out of the box”.
Ovation Cases offers two ranges of screen cases with motorised lift, each featuring a different electronic lift and specific features:
Screen Cases with Slimline Motorised Lift:
- Slim electric lift with both fixed control panel and wireless remote.
- Suitable for screens up to 75” and 65kg in weight.
- Table-top pieces to cover and dress the storage compartments while the screen is lifted.
- 2 x Foam lined compartments for power supplies, remote controls, cables and accessories.
- Customised EVA foam blocks to protect the screen while in storage.
- Cable gland dish with rubber diaphragms for routing power leads out of the case.

Screen Cases with Large Format Motorised Lift:
- Heavy-duty electric lift with complete steel framing to support screens up to 85” and 120kg weight.
- Large storage compartment for storing power supplies, brackets, cables and accessories.
- Customised EVA foam blocks to protect the screen while in storage.
- Cable gland dish with rubber diaphragms for routing power leads out of the case.
- 4 x edge handles to increase manoeuvrability and handling of the case.

Off-the-shelf Screen Cases with Custom Fit-Out:
While Ovation Screen Cases with Motorised Lifts tick all the boxes when it comes to features, sometimes you just need a simple economic solution to protect the screens when in transit and storage.
We offer a full range of ready-made cases for screens from 35 inches all the way to 85 inches that just do that. The larger sizes benefit from a clamshell lid configuration, i.e. a two piece lid that makes lifting and removal much easier. Our local Design and Manufacturing team prepares the custom fit-outs specifically for your screen(s) using CNC machined EVA foam. Below is the list of features for the off-the-shelf screen cases:
- High-density non-abrasive EVA foam with closed cells to protect the screens.
- Machined edges to stop at the bezel so the screen surface is kept untouched.
- Chamfered edges to assist in guiding the screen into the slot.
- Heavy-duty hardware and extrusions to ensure durability and quality.
- Clam-shell (two-piece) lid configuration on larger cases for ease of handling.
- Can be for dual or single screen(s) with or without mounting bracket.
Large Slimline Rolling Cases
In addition to wider full castor height screen cases, we offer a super compact case option built using ball corners on the base in which small castors are incorporated. This results in a large format screen case that is as compact as it can possibly be but can still be rolled into position.
Screen Carry Case
We have a range of plywood and hard plastic carry cases that we stock on the shelf. High density EVA foam inserts are carefully designed and cut specifically for your nominated screen with or without your screen stand.
