What’s the Gig?

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse / Storeperson to join our Sydney team and help keep the DQ warehouse running like it should.

This is a hands-on role, so you won’t be spending your day watching everyone else do the heavy lifting. You’ll be right in the middle of it — receiving stock, picking and packing orders, organising freight, keeping inventory in check and making sure the warehouse stays organised and moving.

We’re after someone who knows their way around a warehouse, can take ownership of their day and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when things get busy. If you’re organised, practical, reliable and the kind of person who notices something needs doing and just gets on with it, you’ll fit in well here.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
• Organising and coordinating freight and despatch
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Keeping stock organised and inventory accurate
• Helping maintain an efficient, clean and safe warehouse
• Working with the sales team to make sure orders get where they need to go
• Keeping an eye on warehouse priorities and making sure the day keeps moving
• General warehouse duties — because, as anyone who has worked in a warehouse knows, there’s always something that needs doing!

You’ve got solid warehouse experience and you’re comfortable taking responsibility rather than waiting to be told what to do next.

You’re organised, dependable and happy working as part of a team. You can juggle priorities when things get busy, communicate well with the people around you and take pride in doing things properly.

Most importantly, you’re hands-on. At DQ, everyone pitches in, so we’re looking for someone who brings that same attitude.

A current driver’s licence is required, and warehouse/forklift experience will be important for the role.
