The Ovation Dual 16RU Anti-Vibration 19″ Rack Mount Case combines two 16RU rack sections side-by-side within one professional road case. Moreover, this provides a practical solution for protecting, organising and transporting larger rack-mounted AV, audio and production systems.
With 32RU of combined rack capacity across two separate 16RU sections, this case is designed for professional systems. Additionally, it is ideal for situations where multiple pieces of rack-mounted equipment need to travel and operate together.
Manufactured in-house from 9mm plywood, the case combines professional road case construction with an anti-vibration rack mount system, slide-away front and rear doors, Penn Elcom flight case hardware, stacking castor dishes and heavy-duty castors.

Professional Penn Elcom Flight Case Hardware
Ovation Standard Range road cases feature professional Penn Elcom flight case hardware. This hardware is selected for dependable performance in demanding transport and production environments.
Recessed sprung handles provide practical handling points while maintaining a clean exterior profile. Meanwhile, heavy-duty castors make it easier to manoeuvre the fully loaded rack through venues, loading areas and production spaces.
Brake castors allow the case to be secured in position during operation.
Designed for Stacking
The Dual 16RU also incorporates recessed Penn Elcom stacking castor dishes into the top of the case.
When compatible road cases are stacked, the castor wheels of the upper case locate within these recessed dishes. Therefore, they do not simply sit on the flat case surface.
It’s a practical feature for professional AV, touring and production companies transporting or storing multiple compatible road cases.
