Description
With the NEW PreRig Truss, Global Truss offers a truss system that can be pre-equipped with stage technology before the event, significantly reducing setup and teardown times.
A special feature is the GT Gate, which can be easily removed from the truss as needed. This not only simplifies the mounting of equipment on the central chord tube, but also allows LED screens—optimally prepared for production—to be integrated into the truss. Thanks to its robust construction, the truss remains stable even over large spans and heavy loads and is also suitable for vertical installation—an added plus for flexible stage planning. The connectors of the PreRig Truss can be effortlessly rotated by 90° and, if required, replaced with optionally available screw connectors. These can be extended by up to 60 mm, making it possible to create both horizontal and vertical circles.
For safe and efficient transport, the truss is delivered with a collapsible and stackable transport cart (Dolly). Thanks to its smart design and exceptionally robust construction, the Dolly forms the basis of the PreRig Truss. It can be folded and stacked to save space, freeing up valuable room on tour and in storage. The sturdy stacking pins can be removed in no time, creating more space to load devices into the truss from below. Equipped with smooth-running Blickle castors (Made in Germany), the Dolly can be moved effortlessly and maneuvered precisely—even on uneven surfaces. It can also be height-adjusted in three stages, ensuring safe transport at all times. The foldable Dolly is thus a reliable solution for efficient transport and storage processes.
